The Public Trustee NSW was established by an Act of Parliament in 1913 and has been assisting the people of NSW for over 90 years. An experienced asset manager, the Public Trustee is responsible for the making of Wills, acts as Executor in deceased estates, manages Trusts and provides Attorney Services.

Commencing operations in 1914, we have made over 900,000 Wills and administered 220,000 estates. We currently provide legal and financial services to over 27,000 clients annually.
