Trust Mortgage

To apply for a trust mortgage, download and complete the Loan Application Form and provide supporting documentation.

Applications from individual trustees need to be accompanied by the Statement of Assets and Liabilities.

To enable Public Trustee NSW to assess your application please enclose the following supporting documentation with your application:

Where the Trustee is a Company

1. Copy of the Trust Deed.
   
   
2. Statement of Assets and Liabilities for each Director and Shareholder (duly completed).
   
   
3. Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association including all amendments thereto.
   
   
4. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
   
   
5. Financials and Taxation returns (signed) for the past three years.
   
   
6. Rental Schedules.
   
   
7. Cashflow forecasts for the next three years (please note that this is not required where the sole purpose of the trustee company and the trust is ownership and rental of the security property).

Where the Trustee is an Individual

1. Mortgage Application (duly completed).
   
   
2. Statement of Assets and Liabilities (duly completed).
   
   
3. Copy of the Trust Deed.
   
   
4. Taxation returns for the past three years.
   
   
5. Rental Schedules.
