Individual Mortgage

To apply for an individual or joint mortgage, download and complete the Loan Application Form and provide supporting documentation.

Mortgage applications need to be accompanied by the Statement of Assets and Liabilities.

To enable NSW Trustee and Guardian (formerly Public Trustee NSW) to assess your application please enclose the following supporting documentation with your application:

  1. Mortgage Application (duly completed).
  2. Statement of Assets and Liabilities (duly completed).
  3. Taxation returns for the past three years.
