Company Mortgage

To apply for a company mortgage, download and complete the Loan Application Form and provide supporting documentation.

All company mortgage applications need to be accompanied by the Statement of Assets and Liabilities.

To enable Public Trustee NSW to assess your application please enclose the following supporting documentation with your application:

1. Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association including all amendments thereto.
   
   
2. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
   
   
3. Financial and taxation returns (signed) for the past three years.
   
   
4. Rental schedules
   
   
5. Statement of assets and liabilities for each Director and shareholder (duly completed)
   
   
6. Cashflow forecasts for the next three years (please note that this is not required where the sole purpose of the company is ownership and rental of the security property).
